Join us for an Aspen Transfer Scholar Network (TSN) Information Session

Transfers Scholars Network (TSN) is designed to increase access and opportunities for talented community college students to the most selective private four-year institutions in the nation, such as Rice University, Brown University, and Cornell University.

TSN Criteria

• Minimum 3.50 GPA
• Graduating in Fall 2024 or later
• 15 – 30 Semester Credit Hours
• Adjusted gross family income or personal income of less than $100,000
• Holistic record of achievement and involvement, such as extracurricular activities, leadership, volunteer service, resilience, life experience

Free STI/HIV Testing from the San Antonio AIDS Foundation

SPC students, faculty, staff, and community are invited to receive free testing, education services, and freebies from the San Antonio AIDS Foundation (S.A.A.F.). Look for their table at the Center for Learning Resources on MLK campus. All services & testing are confidential, and not reported to the Alamo Colleges.

Alamo Colleges District Student Trustee
The 2024-2025 Alamo Colleges Student Trustee application is now open! The Student Trustee serves as an advisor to the Board and is a liaison between the students and the Board of Trustees and Chancellor, while gaining leadership experience and ensuring that students participate in district governance.

Students! The William Allen Hudgins Health and Wellness Center (WAH) gym is available to students. Students must have a valid Alamo College ID and Sign In at the front desk. Walk Across Texas 16: New Year, New You - Join a team and let’s get fit together!

The sixteenth bi-annual version of St. Philip’s Walk Across Texas event will begin on Feb. 05, 2024.

Walk Across Texas is a friendly competition to promote health and wellness. It is based on the honor system with you reporting/recording your mileage to your captain or directly to the Google doc.
